mixed feelings on the stay
dirty floors noisy parties
The room wasnt cleaned often enough. The floors were almost always dirty. i told someone, but they only cleaned it twice . they sometimes had parties on the roof above the rooms late at night. it was noisy on those nights, and i didn't sleep well.

respectful staff clean room vegetarian option available parking
I found the staff courteous. They promptly addressed all my requests. the rooms are nicely maintained and clean. breakfast offered many vegetarian options along with prompt service. parking was always available, and i appreciated that.
during my stay, the absence of an elevator was somewhat inconvenient, especially considering my room was on the higher floor.

the hotel enjoys a favorable spot, placing it conveniently close, approximately a 5-10 minute stroll, from the beach and various local shops. this positioning allowed easy access to both recreational opportunities and essential services , a total win.

The front office staff was humble and well-spoken, a charming welcome , made all the difference. praveen and nelisha helped me a lot, providing assistance throughout my visit. I really value their service. security even provided helpful support with luggage.

My room was fully equipped, with a well kept space and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the bathroom deserves special mention. It was great and included modern fixtures. the hotel is also kept clean overall. I definitely noticed it.

The staff were very helpful and kind. the rooms were clean. i thought the rooms looked very aesthetic. It was a nice experience. i would visit again.
It was difficult to get new towels. it was also difficult to get toilet paper. i had to ask a few times. It seemed quite a task. my room wasn't cleaned , so that was a bother.

amazing support excellent selection essential amenity hotel cleanliness
the entire staff displayed amazing support. breakfast options were excellent, with diverse selections. our room included every essential amenity. the hotel's cleanliness stood out. i appreciated the front office team's humility and clear communication. it. i look forward to returning soon. i found a multi-cuisine restaurant.
during my stay, i observed that house phones were not available , made contacting reception slightly less convenient.

friendly staff well-kept pool good location
The staff were very friendly. rooms were clean. i especially appreciated the pool. It looked well-kept. the location was also pretty good, with various restaurants nearby.
it was very difficult to get new towels. i had to ask a few times for toilet paper too. my room was not cleaned . i found that quite inconvenient.
